Needed docs for residence

Hi
I need to know what docs are needed to start the res process here in El Salvador. I am already here and am working. I'm going to apply for a 90 day extension asap but I need to get legal residency. I can't afford to be going back and forth to the USA. Are there inexpensive lawyers here in El Salvador that can help?
Any advice or help is appreciated.

You can go to the U.S. Embassy web site, they have a list of lawyers, Doctors and a lot of other helpful information. You can also check out my blog site lifeofagringoexpatinelsalvador.com and search, I wrote a blog on how I went through this and what I had to do a few years ago. Hope that this helps you.

When you're at Migracion applying for your extension just ask for a list of the requirements for residency, they will gladly provide one.
