TXTLOAN is one the fastest growing consumer finance companies in the world. We are increasing the size of our English-speaking customer support team in Tallinn's Ulemiste City by 10 new recruits. With immediate start, the role will be firstly on a part-time basis leading to a full-time role.

If you are confident on the phone and able to take calls in English then we have a job for you. Since we provide extensive training, the position is also suitable for recent graduates although previous work experience from the similar field is an advantage.

Fundamentally, you will be processing customer loan applications, making credit decisions, replying inbound customer questions and inquires via phone, live chat and e-mail.
