Can an expat live anywhere in Fiji, surrounding Islands or French Polynesia on $2,000 a month?

There are many diving places but you do need a work visa to be able to work here

Besides aquatrek there is Beqa Lagoon diving as well. That price seems okay for Fiji, there are certainly more expensive ones and cheaper ones, you have to look around and if you get something that needs a bit of TLC and you can do the work yourself then that is always a bargain. Good luck, try my realtor, Richard, at Resort Homes in Pacific Harbour which is just down the road from Pearl Resort

Some of Pacific Harbour is flat and some is quite hilly and not all are on the golf course, some on the lake and some on the river
