Hello to all!
I'm preparing my move to Fiji coming this November and in research of farms that practice permaculture methods and principles. I am open to exploring anywhere within the islands so a specific location isn't a priority. I am a current farmer with experience and looking to reach out to farms in Fiji that are active and practicing permaculture.
Greatly appreciate any names of Farms, people or suggestions that you might have.
Thank you kindly,
Oli

In terms of location the East Coast has a LOT more rain and is generally cooler than the West side. We are in the north west and have had zero rain for 4 months and it is hot. So if you want easy farming coral coast in the south or the greater Suva side is greener. But yes most things grow like crazy everywhere.

Hi Farmer Ollie Have you moved yet? Great to hear about someone interested in Permaculture. I am an Australian with land in Taveuni. It is a very rich volcanic island and is known in Fiji as The Garden Island. I suggest you look there if you want good rainfall (southern end). I have 8 acres there and it's a magic place. Ossie
