I am new to this forum and joined because I need to sell a residential freehold lot on Viti Levu. I live in Los Angeles and am selling at a big loss, because I cannot afford to build as planned. When I bought I was not required to build. There is a new law that everyone should know about requiring owners of freehold land to build. If you can afford to spend $125k USD to build a home, I will sell you my lot for much less than I paid. I will tell you the details if you contact me.
