Contact the US consulate and have them send you a "blue book" or just stop buy and pick on up. It's free and has all sorts of info for americans living in France. Even if you aren't american, the list of doctors in the book can be helpful.
You can also try contacting WICE. Either stop into their office at Bd. du Montparnasse or give them a call. Don't know the number off hand, but I think the website is www.wice-paris.org. In any case, they will be listed in the blue book as well. Ask if they still have the guide to health care in Paris. It was an excellent resource for english speakers in the area and included a listing of professionals. Unfortunately the book wasn't much of a hit so I don't think they ever reprinted. But they probably still have a bunch lying around.
Finally, you could try calling the American hospital in Neuilly or the British hospital in Levallois. They should have a list of english speaking doctors on Staff.
