Procedures apostille diploma degree

Hi. I wonder to know if ¿In France exist some company that is responsible to make procedures and perform the apostille for a degree from the University of Limoges in France.? The process involves collecting the college diploma, obtain a certified copy and take it to the Cour d'Appel to process the apostille. After three days later, picked up right there and send it to Colombia.
