I am American and married a French man and lived in France for 7 years. We are still married but living apart in the US with no formal separation, so still married. I want to retire in France and would like to know to what I am entitled through marriage: health benefits, etc. and whether I need him to be present in France for me to obtain a Carte de Sejour (mine expired). and for any other paperwork. Thanks!
