This is exactly what information I was looking for. Can you recommend an English program for a Masters in Tourism? So far I have only found Cologne Business School... is that even a university? I would like a few options. Please help!

Thank you so much! Is it possible to get a student visa to study German language (take German language lessons towards a diploma maybe)?

I think you can answer that yourself...
Just put in your own words 'is it possible to get a student visa to study german' into google and I am sure you will find a hundred possible answers.
for example: https://www.study-in.de/en/plan-your-studies/requirements/visa-and-residence-permit_26604.php

Yes, you can get a language visa, but you´d need to show proof that you are actually visiting language classes.
