Graduate school and finding work?

I am looking to graduate schools for a Masters in Tourism and am considering Germany (and a few other countries in Europe). My husband would come along and I have found most countries allow him to work while I study. He currently is a sales manager at a large car dealership. He speaks only English fluently. Do you think he could find a similar job in Berlin or Munich? Do many people speak English in Germany? Any graduate school recomendations?

I have serious doubts that a salesperson who isn´t able to communicate in the local language will find a job. he might want to get some German under his belt first and than try other fields, such as e. g. assisting with the import of cars from America (where they are cheaper) to Europe.
