Guidance for german job seeker visa

Hi All,

I am from India and having 6+ years experience in IT industry.

I have a plan to apply German job seeker visa on First week of Dec,2017.I am studying A1 course.
I am preparing documents myself without visa consultant to avoid cost. They are asking from Rs40000 to Rs60000 ( India rupees).
I checked few of them in Chennai. They are said "german follow point system" and At-least 70 points are required. But when i checked in official german site, there is no point system.
I believe, not much work for preparing documents for German job seeker visa. Hence i avoid a visa consultant. Is it right?

Please anyone guide me the below ones.

1,About Health insurance.
I checked in the website https://www.mawista.com/en/health-insurance-for-foreign-nationals-in-germany/stays-up-to-5-years/#tabs-3
They are providing from 30 days to years.

1a,Can i take health insurance initially for a month.If get a visa,I'll take next 5 months.
1b,How much cost should i take health insurance? There are many plans are there. Some confusion
1c,Should i take any other insurance like general insurance

2,How to get accommodation initially?

3,Please help me for Motivation letter.

Thanks ,
