Does anyone know of any playgroups in Athens (formal or informal) that I can join with my 6 month old son?
Anyone with informaiton about organisations and classes like Gymbaroo, Kindermusik, Pekip etc or informal playgroups would be very, very helpful.

Playgroup in Ag. Paraskevi -
The Ag. Paraskevi English Playgroup will be having a Jumble Sale on Sunday, November 20th from 10 AM to 2 PM. We will have gently used clothing and shoes for men, women and children as well as toys, English books and other household items. We will also be making hot waffles, have a bake table, coffee, and refreshments.
We host a Jumble Sale twice a year to subsidize our rent and expenses for the playgroup. This playgroup (formerly in Halandri) has existed for 30 years and with the economy in Greece, we have seen a downturn in membership. We rely on the Jumble Sales to get us through the year. Please join us (kids too) for a coffee, homemade dessert and a chat in the garden if nothing else - and please forward on to anyone that may be interested!
