Sorry I don't know anything about the weaves, nails and eyelashes but I am interested in your move. Did you pick Greece specifically? I am African American as well and having a hard time deciding on where to move overseas. Greece was one of my choices and Paris, and Berlin are also choices I am battling. I am sure there are places for your eyelashes and nails and there should be salons that can do your hair. It might not be the same as US but it should be workable. I wish you good luck. I would also like to know the end results of your move and how big of a challenge it would be.

When looking at moving to another country, the first step is always to determine IF you can get residency in that country or not. If you can't get past that hurdle, nothing else matters.

You may already have the answer to that question jniyama but you might be surprised by how many people post about moving without having determined IF they can qualify for a visa at all.

So if posting questions in any forum about moving, it is wise to have first done your research to see if you can get residency and then indicate you can do so. That way people are not wasting their time responding when in fact you can't even live there to begin with.

Athens is a cosmopolitan city like any other. Simple questions like can I get my hair weaves in X don't need an expat forum to find answers although a forum would be a good place to ask if someone has a favourite place perhaps. To answer the basic question of 'can I find', all you need is Google.
