Hello:
My wife and I are considering Guatemala as a retirement location. We are only 30, but would like to invest now in a small home or lot. If a home, we would plan to rent it until we are ready to occupy it.
Does anyone have any advice for purchasing property in Guatemala - specifically around Antigua?
Is now a good time to buy, as far as market conditions? Do U.S. banks loan $ for investments in other countries? Any advice or referrals are appreciated.
