Visa issues

I am going to be in country 7/24 to 8/1 , with the idea of going to Antigua for a day or 2 , then down to Pacific Ocean for a day or 2 of fishing, spending a night on the coast and then back to the GC.
San Cristobal Mall area.

Is there a great reliable , late night airport service to get from airport to this area at that time of day, as my flight comes in at 10pm or so, then 1hr for getting thru everything , is that about right, customs and baggage claim?
Still looking for a place to stay the night in Antigua for us, and on the coast the night we will be there, but our fishing boat guy sent me a list of a few options, so I will ask my local friends to see which may work for us.

Also is getting a visa for Guat's to come back to US to visit a huge deal or just a matter of the cost of the visa paperwork involved, is it a simple process, or is Lawyer help needed?? ( hope not) Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated to. If I marry a local , I may wish to stay , as US is getting scary, but she has a daughter too, where one goes both goes, as it should be,
Is this done by me at our US Embassy otr must it be cleared thru their government , then the US too?

May just be easier to move to Antigua and stay there as a local business person, if I can . no?
