Surely someone has a nice lil place near ....lake sitting empty?
I'm a quiet non smoking senior lady looking for a place no more than $400 a month that is furnished. I will keep it nice & pay you to live in it for 6 months this reasonable rent.... From mid August to February 2017

Greetings, I would love to hear about your useful replies. I am also, like you, a senior woman who would love to live in an affordable cottage, apartment....at the lake. My time line is December to move in and occupy for the foreseeable future

Hi there,
I have a nice studio in Sta Cruz La Laguna right on the waterfront with big bay window to enjoy the view of the volcanos and sunset. check it out at www.atitlansunsetlodge.com per month it is less then $ 400 but it is only boat access but well desserved by public boat. also you can check www.rentalsatitlan.com for other option.. I have one as well in San Pedro La laguna..

After looking at your website realize Lake accomodations are ridiculously over priced.
Sharing a garden with the owners or a neighbors house that's less than 100 feet away...guarantees a renter absolutely no privacy whatsoever. Most of your rentals share gardens, are hard to get to AND over priced.
