Go to San Marcos Lake Atitlan, ask for Keith. He is legit, and sees people by apt, everyone knows him.
There are a few others around, but most don't take visitors....
Lots of hippy fakers around there too, so use your own judgement.
"Dr. Bill" is not everyone's cup of tea, but legit IMO,
also ask for Tammy.
Katherine Boyd at the Holistic Center is excellent for energy work, and knows Everyone in town, she can advise you.
Lastly, you can talk to the people at the Pyramids as well for guidance in who to see.
