I was planning on taking my family and two younger boys to San pedro in the coming months. We are all from the United States. How safe is the area? Just wanted to get your input/advice.

Total safe, I'm leave in San Pedro for 12 years without any incident, be friendly with locals, they are very respectfully people, have a good time
