I just got back from Roatan, Honduras and had the best time ever! I found a hotel online at www.roatanet.com and stayed in West End. They have water taxis that run from West End and West Bay Beach for $1 for the 10 minute trip. I didn't get to see any other beaches, but they say West Bay is the best beach.

I really found the food reasonable for pizza, Italian, Thai and seafood. Beers are about $1 in a bar.
