My wife and I will be on the island at the very end of Feb 2017. Is there someone (driver, cab, affordable) at the west end (cruise ship port), who I could call and make pre-arrangements, to have them pick us up and take us to the east end to check out the neighborhoods, AND when we get to the east end, someone (XPAT) who we could meet with to talk about moving to Roatan? TY

For East End, I would recommend Alex Poirier https://www.facebook.com/alex.poirier.104?fref=ts You would need to tell him whether you will be at the Coxen Hole port or Mahogany Bay. (no cruise ship port located at West End)
