I have been in my new flat for two months now. I had always considered a flatmate and now feel that I am ready for one. My flat is located on Caine Road in the Midlevels. The buiding is new. I'm the first tenant. About the flat: 1136 sq ft, 3br, 2ba, storage closet. You would have the third bedroom, one bath and we will work out the extra space. All bedrooms have a view of the harbor and "the Center" building. I can watch the cruise ships come and go. It's very nice.

I am seeking a very open minded, western oriented expat to share my flat. I am very rarely home during the week, but weekends I tend to hang around when not out and about.

If you are interested, please send me an email to: room@tracedog.net. Please describe yourself, what you do, how long you are here in HK, etc.

I will expect the first months rent and a security deposit equal to one month, plus a lease agreement that we will discuss.

Send responses to: room@tracedog.net

Hello,

I noticed your ad and wanted to know whether you have found a suitable flat mate or not?
I'm not sure how suitable I am but here's some brief information.
I'm 32 tomorrow ( Feb 5th ) a British guy who has been here in Hong Kong for just over one year. I have recently set up my own " head hunting" company with two Brit pals and things are going ok so far...I have been living in Conduit Rd for one year but my flat mate is returning to The UK and I do not have the desire or time to start assessing new flatmates and alas not enough $$$$ to stay there alone , so here I am.....
I am not your typical " home body" I enjoy going out and having fun. I do enjoy a good Sunday in front of a stack of DVD's and generally kicking back...no major habits, no dark secrets just yer average guy....

Well that's me in 200 words or less. I look forward to your reply

Hello,

I am a 28 year old Canadian guy who will be arriving in Hong Kong on May 20th. It is my first time in Hong Kong, but I have spent a year in Japan.

I will be meeting a few prospective employers and possibly staying for a year or two. I was wondering if you have found a flatmate yet and if not would you be interested in letting a room from May 20th to June 20th and If things go well for a year. I hope you are interested in this proposition.

Sean
