Felix,
I recommend you do some research on the web. The South China Morning Post classifieds are available on the internet as are at least three Job Posting sevices. Use Google to find them.
Then, get on an airplane (fares are the cheapest ever) and come on out to follow-up and network. There are oodles of opportunities in Hong Kong and nearby China for technically competent people but it is far easier to find them if you are in Hong Kong then in the U.S.

Mr. Hahn: Thank you for your response. I think you have hit on exactly what I must do. I have been working as a consultant for the last 9 years and want to get back into international business.
