Why not call a real estate company and talk with them? You'd be able to get a 3 bedroom apt. for that. The size, amount of facilities and location would depend on your preferences. There are tradeoffs. If you live away from the city, you have to travel to work, but you may prefer that. If you tell me what you're looking for, I can try to advise you.

That's $50,000HK/month. It's reasonable. Where are you from and what sized apt. or house are you in now?

We are currently living in the US.

We have a 2 400 square feet house.

Do you know what would be the rent of an apartment of similar size on the Island ?
