Hello Guys,
I am moving to Hong Kong August 20, 2012 and till now I can not find a temporary or permanent accommodation only with high monthly rent, can any body here help me in finding this place and it is better to make it near the University of Hong Kong as this is my first time in Hong Kong and I even do not know any thing or anybody there, so I do not want to waste all my time in traffic or transportation I wish it will be like a studio or a single room in a one 2-bedrooms apartment near HKU or may be hostel with good prices for the night

my information

Male
27
PhD studnet
not smoker and hate it so much

I have no problem of the gender or age of who will be in the same apartment or nationality just somebody respect the quite environment I need for my study and no pets, no smoking, and only both of us in the apartment. I mean no couples or no 3-bedrooms.

Can anybody help as this is my 40hours of non-stop looking in the internet and till now I got only one response for 11000/month and this is very expensive for me I can afford paying between HK $ 4500 to $ 5000 for a place near the HKU main campus in Pofulam road or may be

Kenedy town OK
Central OK
Wan Chai OK

or in the area around, please be informed all my information regarding the are is from the internet.

Hi! Next time when you have a trip to Hong Kong and look for a temporary accommodation, you might try staying with Dash Suites, who offer rent serviced apartments in Causeway Bay, where is 6 MTR-stops to the University of Hong Kong, with flexible lease terms and reasonable rents.
Wish you all the best in your academics!
