Please take a few minutes to share your favorite kid-friendly activities and events in Hungary, ideas for inexpensive family getaways, great camps or other fun programs for kids.  Be sure to mention in which city or neighborhood the camps, programs, activities are located, and, if possible, include a Website address or contact information.  And, if you're looking for fun, new kid-friendly activities -- like many of us are -- feel free to use this thread to suggest starting a play group or collectively planning a family get together for expats in your area.

(This is a revised version of my previous post.)

Thanks, in advance, for your input!

I recommend you check out Dance Craze Academy, which features a variety of different dance classes for children of all ages and adults. Qualified, native English Speaker teachers in an international environment. They have classes even for toddlers. 'Action Tots' classes let you have fun watching your tot shake a leg!

Every Monday from 10:00 – 10:40 at English Garden Pre-School Pest  and Tuesday's 10:00 - 10:40 & 11:00 - 11:40 at Kids Kiosk Buda
Ideal for all tots and their mums or carers who would like a fun movement class with Native English teachers in a native English environment
Does your toddler bounce up and down when he/she hears music? Then its time to come on down to action tots!
The best age is around 2 yrs old, but we have seen children as young as 16 months loving our classes…… so why not just come along and give it a whirl!
The joys of dance, moving and music are shared by teacher, parent and toddler as together they join Rosy and Jimmy visit lots of fun places.
Props, great music, apparatus, bubbles, mime, stories, songs and rhymes enrich and charm the budding dancers as they have fun, grow in confidence and keep fit, knowing that mum or a loved carer is nearby.
