I need a lot of help

Greetings, I have a long sob story to tell and a lot of issues and I desperately want to move to Hungary legally.

I am in love with a Hungarian woman, I'm 31 years old and when I met her I was separated from my wife. My wife and I have been separated now for over a year, but in my state you have to be separated for 2 years before the divorce is final, unless both parties agree. My wife will not divorce me, so I'm forced to wait.....wait another year.

In the last year my Hungarian girlfriend and I have tried to see each other as much as we could. I met her when she was on a 3 month vacation here, so we spent 3 months together, then she went home. I traveled to Budapest for a month, and came home, then she came for another 3 months over here, and I had hoped that I would be able to secure a job for her here and get her a working visa, that was a stupid thing for me to think and now I understand the system a lot better.

We want to get married, but we can't get married until my divorce is final.....in a year.

I could teach English, as I taught her how to speak English and she is fluent, but I do not have a college degree, and I do not have any teaching certificates.

My work history is as follows, 6 years military, 1 year as a prison guard, 4 years working in a Nuclear Power plant, and the last 2 years working in sales. I'm a jack of all trades but I really don't know how any of this would help me secure a job in Hungary where I want to be with her. I've applied to a lot of jobs in Hungary but I have yet to have any luck at all.

Is there any foreseeable way that I can secure employment in Budapest? I'm really at a loss right now. This distance between us has been a huge strain on our relationship and we are very anxious to start our life together. I really don't care where we live, whether it's the US or in Hungary. I think it really sucks that the USA is not a part of the EU or a similar program, it would really be such a huge benefit right now.

Can anyone help me get on the right track?

Hi,
firstly concentrate and plan your future.Don't do anything in emotions.
You need to make a course Teaching English as a second language. With out of diploma from this course it will be very hard to find good teaching job not only in Hungary but also in any EU country. So go and do it asap. When you will be close to the end of your course apply for the teaching job in Hungary .Its take the time before you will get one so start looking early.Look on internet or maybe your g'friend can help you with it.
Having job offer in Hungary it will open door for you.
If you need any more help write to me.
Good luck for the future.
Grazka

You can do the CELTA here in Budapest - one of the cheapest places in Europe to do it.

Takes a month - to do it intensively but its not at all easy.

If you need somewhere to stay I have a spare room.
