Recently moved to Hungary with hubby, wondering if there is anyone that knows of any get togethers for English speaking expats. Or even a decent place to get a steak dinner LOL!

Hello and welcome!
We moved here in August from Toronto so are still learning the ropes, but I can recommend you look into joining the British Women's Association (give you are Canadian we are welcomed). It's a social group that has a number of different social events (several each month - coffee meet ups, cultural events etc) look them up!. I believe there is also a North American women's association.
