This is a weird question I was going to get a shingles shots and it costs over a hundred dollars in the states. I will be there in November and wondered if I could just go to a clinic and get one paying with cash of course.

The center where such shots are given is listed below - however, I did not find shingles as one of the vaccines listed. I am sure you can call/write and ask because I'm finding articles in Hungarian advising to get the shot.
