Frenchies moving to Iceland

Hi all!
We are a french couple and we want to move to Iceland.
I work in tourism as receptionist (hotels, camping...), my husband is a restaurant waiter / house builder.
We have 2 dogs.
I don't know where to begin, what are the steps to aim our goal.
I have billion of questions!
Where to start with? Move and then find a job? Or find a job at distance and then move?
