Moving with twin girls 16 to Bangalore

We're moving from Chicago to Bangalore. The twins are going to go to the Canadian School. Am interested in networking with others who know about the Canadian School or have kids currently enrolled there.
Also, what's the best way to get to know like minded folks in Bangalore? I'm a US citizen of Indian origin and have lived in both countries.

Hey Amrita, just saw your request on expat exchange. Can't offer advice on the actual move and girls etc, but just thought I would re confirm my help with the drive to Bangalore and the move, since my computer was having a hissy fit yesterday
Love Helen

Hi Sonial,

We have two kids of the same age and are planning to move in June. We checked out three international schools (TISB, Indus & Gear). Had a friend relocate to India last year & was not happy with TISB. They are admitting their kids into Gear. We are planning to follow.

Thanks,

Mona, do you know of any specific reasons why your friend was unhappy with TISB? Any information would be helpful.

My family and I will be moving soon to Bangalore from the US and have questions about Indus, and ITBS school.
Does any one have any infom on them, and how do you rate them.
So far I have not found any info on any schooling in Bangalore, and this concerns me.
