I am working in Pune near Bombay and wish to apply for WHMV UK.
Unfortunately interview dates being alloted presently from Mumbai(Bombay) embassy are too far(Sept 05).
I am thinking of taking a job in chennai and apply there which takes hardly 1-2 week to process the application including interview if required. Is this a good idea ?
Alternatively i can give it try at Mumbai embassy, if i need to take an interview then withdraw my application and apply from chennai.
Is this possible ? Will there be any remarks on my passport if i withdraw my application from Mumbai embassy ? which can be definately questioned by chennai embassy ?

What are the important tips to make application so that visa can be issued without an interview?
Do I need to provide detail travel plan including Hotel booking?
What should be the ideal purpose/plan of the 2 year visit to UK?
How much finance need to be shown ?
