I'm a US citizen considering retirement to south India, and purchase of residential property. Seeking referral to reputable attorney, real estate agent, and other professionals who could assist. Will be visiting Chennai in November or December 2005. (better to wait for monsoon to subside?) Budget accomodation and restaurant recommendations requested.
