I am from the US (wisconsin) and will be working with a joint venture in Hyderabad for the next two years. I am looking for any advice on pay and tax structure. What are India's tax regulations on income earned in country? Does any one have a good working formula for combined salary-expenses-bonus? Which can work to our advantage? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

you should find one chartered accountant in india , they are the right people to advice you ,they are professional tax practitioners .
