Appartment for rent in Gurgaon

Hello
We live in the UK and have a fully furnished house available in Ridgewood Estate in DLF phase IV- Gurgaon, which we are interested in renting out. A french national living there just moved out.
3 bedroom appartment (converted from a 4 bedroom apprt.), 4 bathrooms. Full power back-up. 4 ACs (all rooms and living dinning area), 1 color TV, double beds and matresses in all rooms, sofa, dining table/ chairs and other misc. furniture. Fully automatic washing machine and seperate dryer,. fridge, oven, hob, microwave, RO in kitchen. Wooden flooring thru-out, 1 covered parking. Rent expected: Rs 40,000 per month.
