Low-budget Delhi

I am Italian girl and I could potentially move to India soon. I have found a great deal of information about expats who moved there and conduct fairly luxorious lives.
But is it in any way feasible for a student to get by with 350$/m, considering that that should cover accomodation, utilities, food and transport?
Or better, what would I be able to afford with that small amount of money?

Many Indians do live on such budget but not for you. Also Delhi is not safe for solo women so avoid it and better think of stay put in Italy to be better off unless you have a mentor in India.
