Looking to start a small business in Indonesia

Hello,
Can anyone please advise on how I might go about finding beach front land for sale? I am looking to start up a small dive business, I am not restricted to 'where' as long as its beach front and enough land to build a few bungalows + small dive centre.
I am currently living in the UK, I am really just looking for some guidance on 'where to start' before heading out to Indonesia. Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer some advice.

I suggest you to start at Bali or batam near Singapore.i planning to move to Indonesia on February next year. I can help you and if possible to join with you. I am interested in spa business or beauty treatment.we can combine to your idea. I live in Auckland right now.
