I'm looking for a full-time job as a Personal Assistant(for individual, family or company) and/or Executive Secretary.

I have more than 2 years experience as an executive secretary in a fast-paced environment.
Proven strong interpersonal and communication skills plus the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
A self-directed team player who is always willing to go the extra mile.

Experienced in planning, organizing and problem-solving to complete multiple deadline-driven projects efficiently and on time.
Excellent communication skills successfully utilized in preparing reports and documents and liaising with senior staff members and clients.
Extensive knowledge of computer software applications. A resourceful and trustworthy employee.

Over three years experience providing efficient secretarial and administrative support to senior management.
Proven track record in meeting deadlines efficiently, resolving problems independently, using initiative to improve processes and hard to meet organizational objectives.
Able to work under pressure.
Willing to work around Jakarta, travel and/or relocate. Salary between USD 800-1.500, negotiable, depend on the job description. I’d prefer a longterm contract job, at least one year contract. I can start working after 30days notice to my current Employer. I have car and motorcycle driving license.
