" My family (wife, 7-yr old, 3 yr old) is relocating to Dublin with my firm in February. I will be working in the northwest area (Mulhuddart). I am interested in personal tips/suggestions regarding school for our 1st grader and a place to live which will have a reasonable commute. Thanks! "

" Hello Mr. Leohr, We recently moved here and had to enroll our son in ""kindergarten= junior infants"" in the Irish school system. We discovered the cut off date for enrollment applications was in March (possibly just our school?), so had little time to fax off requests and applications. What we did was choose a school (Protestant, Catholic, or Gaeltacht, Catholic religion), contact the headmistress, and then fill out an application. Because of the cut off date, the fact that they only accept 4 new children a year, and then the other problem that we were out of the country ( we never thought we''d get a spot when there were only 4 openings and we weren''t on the same continent), we were nervous about placement for our son. In the end, it was a lot of needless worrying. We received an acceptance letter, and off he went. If you have any specific school questions, I would be happy to assist. By the way, we also are in the Dublin area, Northside. "

" We help a lot of people with things like this, our info is free, although we are a moving company, we see the provision of the free info as valuable service, presently not being offered, not even by the relocators. So whether you want or need our service please just ask, we would be happy to assist if we can. "

Work involves recording for computer based training courses, software instruction, ect. Our voice over rates are based on a number of criteria, such as experience, voice quality, availability etc and are negotiated after the audition. If you would like to speak to me, please contact me at the following address Voices@ge-world.com, or phone at 2187706 Please find enclosed/attached a flyer for you to distribute within your company if you feel there would be some interest in this.
