We discovered the cut off date for enrollment applications was in March (possibly just our school?), so had little time to fax off requests and applications. What we did was choose a school (Protestant, Catholic, or Gaeltacht, Catholic religion), contact the headmistress, and then fill out an application. Because of the cut off date, the fact that they only accept 4 new children a year, and then the other problem that we were out of the country ( we never thought we''d get a spot when there were only 4 openings and we weren''t on the same continent), we were nervous about placement for our son. In the end, it was a lot of needless worrying. We received an acceptance letter, and off he went. If you have any specific school questions, I would be happy to assist.
