" Hello. Is anyone moving to Ireland who wants a car? I''ve got a 1989 Volkswagon Golf that''s automatic & has a 1.8 liter engine. It''s got about 70,000 miles on it and it wasn''t used much during the first half of its life because it was owned by someone in central London. I''m only selling it because I''m moving back to the US. It is very dependable &, in the past 3 years, I have only had to replace its battery. Most cars here are manual so an automatic is hard to find and the 1.8 engine makes insurance more expensive but also makes it very easy to pass other cars on major national routes.
