Have you tried contacting the U.S. embassy? There are a lot of embassy families with children living in your neighborhood. On a side note, my family will be moving to your neighborhood in a few months and we are trying desparately to get into the Tree House International School in Herzlyia. Is that where your daughter goes? Can I have you help me find out more info as to space and availability to new students? They told us they weren't taking any new students next year. I have 4 kids, 6yrs, 5yrs,3yrs and 1 yrs. I just want my oldest 2 in the school.
