Best beach in Israel has to be the stretch between Zichron Yaacov and Haifa a.k.a. the Hof Hacarmel region. (Heb: Hof = Eng. Beach).

Hof Habonim, Hof Dor and Nachsholim are all part of this coastline. Wide sandy beaches, crystal blue water, rock and tidal pools, sheltered coves with perfect swimming conditions and not too commercialized, get my vote - ten out of ten.
