Dear all, I would like to live and work in Israel, I don't know, how the Israeli administration works on that kind of permits, is it better to find a job before going there or can Europeans go there and try to find something once we get there?
Thanks for your opinions and comments!

Hello,

Israel is not a member of the European Union and therefore you will need to arrange a work permit before your arrival.

If you are seeking immigrant status, your immigration visa allows you to work here.

Should you require some professional advice on this issue, I would be happy to pass on a referral.

I suggest you take a look at this website - www.anglo-list.com for more information about working in Israel.

Good luck

Thank you for your quick answer Suzanne, I will check out the web site you told me.

But how to get this immigration visa that permits you work in Israel?

If I go to Israel and search once I am there is fine? I know that if you do that in the United States and catch you they can deport you. What about in Israel?

Thanks
Elena
