We own a semi-detached holiday house , at just five minutes walking distance from the local shores and coast , and our intention is to rent it to tenants who can stay for a minimum stay of two weeks , as we prefer long-term rental arrangements. The house is fully furnished and it is situated in the marina of Mancaversa , that lies at 8 km from the famous tourist and very quaint seaside and fishing town of Gallipoli, and at 40 km from the renowned baroque town of Lecce, capital of the "Salento". The Marina is mainly populated during the summer months, from mid June to mid September, although it is inhabitated by some local families throughout all the year, and only in these months of the year there are regular bus trips that connect it to all the main towns and the other marinas of the "Salento area". We advise therefore your own means of transport. The house is available in the months of April, May, June, September and October.
