Dear Jitarwal!
Sorry, but I could only answer the 2 last questions since i have no clue about the first 2.
To live a good lifestyle here you would probably need around 700000-800000cfa, wchich is something like 1500$ a month. This will include house rent, electricity and water bills, food, going out every week but depends on where, gym and internet. I did not include the telephone bills and petrol. The good areas to live in are Zone 4, Marcory, Riviera, Cocody. You should choose the one which is the nearest to your place of work.
