Hi everyone! We are general builders in the Uk who need to relocate for (my) health reasons. Can anyone give us some idea of building costs on Jamaica? We are hoping to build holiday villas for resale and rental. We will be coming over for a month soon and make a final decision thereafter. We've looked at other Caribbean locations but they seemed either too elitist (and we're just fun-loving workers) or dangerous (and we cant take that with 4 little sons) so we hope Jamaica is the one for us. Any, any, any information, advice, encouragement or otherwise would be most welcome. Cheers all
