Bearing in mind that jobs are offered to Jamaicans first you will need to find a job. Word of mouth is the best, alternatively try the Jamaican Gleaner (Sunday) on line.Your employer will assist with visas etc. Make sure you find suitable accommodation - this can be quite pricey for the right property. Check everything, Jamaica is expensive. It is also magical. All the best.

Hi tweenyb,
What area in jamaica do u plan to migrate to? Its best when moving to JA if you know locals who and assist and advice you on whatever you want to know about. Word of advice agencies are expensive. Its best to visit first and have a personal research done and then moving will be alot easier.
Best Wishes to all looking to move here.

Sashylinks, locals are sometimes just as expensive as the agencies and the locals u sometimes cannot rely on. Best to visit to get a feel of the environment first. I was born in Jamaica so I have knowledge of the 14 parishes, but as far as moving back I realize that my family wasn't one that I could count on and believe me,they r more expensive, lol! If anyone needs assistance feel free to contact me. I'm moving back w/my hus n 2 kids as soon as I'm done w/school next year. I can't wait to go!
