Hi! I am a housewife who is having difficulty finding opportunities here in Montego Bay. I have tried applying everywhere in LinkedIn and Caribbean Jobs etc. So far nobody calls me for anything not even interview. If you have any organization out there I would like to be useful in my everyday life here even that means as a volunteer or an intern just not to be idle for my everyday life. I moved here in Montego Bay with my husband due to his job and so I gave up my career to be with him. I am good in organization, leadership. I can work alone or in a team environment. I am MS Office proficient, I have experience in Procurement and Logistics. I have also experience as a digital marketing coordinator & sales and marketing. I have also experienced as an executive assistant. I'm A hardworking person and decision maker at times. Please let me know any volunteering job. I don't have any contacts here. If you have small projects pls. Let me know ill be there to help, we can work out something even if it's free. Hoping for the best for everyone. Hi there, There are so many local NGOs and civic organisations that are in need of help and support and I am sure would greatly appreciate offers from volunteers or interns. It very much depends on your interests. I work in the area of gender and development - which also encompasses children's and youth rights. Why not do a search for voluntary organisations and NGOs and check them out? I'm pretty sure that you will find many of these organisations are desperate for support, especially with the range of skills and knowledges that you have!

Hi Cessj! pls. If you have any link to any NGO it will appreciated. I have tried looking online but links are always directing me to paid volunteerism. I would appreciate very much especially to work with organization that I believe in. Hope something comes up for me.

Hi Roselyn07, if at all possible I would love to find any NGO that may be looking for paid volunteer. I am looking to return to Jamaica but I have not been able to find a job.

Hi Ronnie1945! I must assume you have misunderstood my reply to Cessj. I was talking about a volunteer who will pay the organization to volunteer. It is because accommodation will be provided by the organization. Needless to say I'm looking as well for a NGO but because I already live in Montego Bay I don't need that kind of set up.. If you are interested about that there are many links in Google just type volunteer in Jamaica.

Yes I totally misunderstood your post. I am interested returning to Jamaica but I do have to be employed. I would also love to spend some time working with children.
