6 week stay in Jamaica ??

Hi forum and people on here, I'm 25 live in the UK. Have one child 23 months.always had connections and family in Jamaica, I am considering a 6 week stay to the island to spend time travelling and visiting family and friends. Would like assistance on possible rentals for apartments for decent price and possible child education etc,I love Jamaica and when I'm there I'm very happy,the uk I'm stuck in a cycle of bills work and unhappiness! Any suggestions would be great ??

Ok. I'll be in Clarendon at first, but plans to move to Kingston. I was asking to see if I knew someone who could help. I tried working with realtors, but Jamaicans do not possess the same sense of urgency we do. I'm going to wait until I get there and look around.

Hope you find something soon. Please do share your resources, as someone else might find it useful.

My plan is to stay for a year, as I'm going there to finish writing my book. After the one year, I will decide if I want to extend my stay.
