Hello. After a long search and what seems an even longer application process we are finally ready to sign out lease! Any advice or suggestions from anyone who has gone through this process is greatly appreciated!

Also if anyone has suggestions for reasonable short term car rental places or car buying tips I'll take those too. Please and thank you!

Congrats on the new place! I can understand the long search process but what do you mean by "longer application process"? Where in Jamaica are you and what type of unit requires an application process?

We rented our place and it took less than 5 minutes!!
