I have no knowledge or information on leasing in Jamaica. Perhaps talk to your bank or new car dealers.

As for used cars, I found that an import from Japan (at most reputable used car dealers) are a good deal. Because of the emission standards and yearly certification process & fees in Japan it makes it too expensive after several years so buyers there opt for new cars every couple of years. That creates a huge export/import market for Japan and many low km/mile cars available here.

There's a used car group and Jamaica Classified Online on Facebook with some good deals.
